I had a mixed experience at the resort. The beautiful surroundings and friendly staff were definite highlights, but the rooms and facilities need significant attention. The dining options were decent but could provide more variety. Overall, while there were enjoyable aspects, I found it lacking in cleanliness and upkeep.

Rooms
5.0
I stayed in a beachfront bure, but the room was dimly lit and showed signs of neglect. The pillows weren't comfortable, and some areas were not clean.
Service
7.0
The staff was enthusiastic and did their best to provide good service, but it felt inconsistent at times.
Location
8.0
The resort is situated in a stunning tropical garden with access to the beach, but the surrounding corals need some maintenance.
Dining
7.0
The food was quite good with fresh fish and tasty options, but I wish there were more variety in breakfast offerings.
Facilities
5.0
Unfortunately, many facilities were not well-maintained, including dirty outdoor seating and common areas. This really detracted from the experience.

Mango Bay feels like a hidden gem where you can truly unwind and reconnect with nature. The staff makes you feel like part of a family, and the array of activities keeps things exciting. However, the initial impression from the reception area is less than ideal, and some rooms could use updating. Overall, the atmosphere is calming yet engaging, making it a fantastic choice for families or couples looking for a peaceful getaway.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms have a rustic charm with outdoor showers that felt refreshing, but they are quite dated and could use some renovations.
Service
7.0
The service was friendly and welcoming, but the reception could have been more organized and attentive to room upgrades.
Location
9.0
The resort is beautifully situated right on the beach, surrounded by a tropical garden, which enhances the tranquil atmosphere.
Dining
6.0
The food was average, and not much variety on the lunch menu, but it included some traditional local items that were enjoyable.
Facilities
7.0
The activity options like kayaking and snorkeling are great, but the internet access was limited and uncomfortable to use in the designated area.

My stay at the resort was simply incredible! I felt warmly welcomed and completely relaxed throughout my visit. The views were stunning, and I had an authentic Fijian experience that I wouldn't trade for anything. However, I did notice the absence of hot water and a few bugs in the room, which were minor inconveniences in the grand scheme of things. Overall, the experience was worth every penny.

The garden villa I stayed in was clean and well-maintained. While the absence of hot water was something I wasn't used to, I found that it didn't bother me much in the warm climate.

The service was impeccable! The staff went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met, and their friendliness made me feel right at home.

This resort has a unique charm with its beautiful tropical garden and beach-front bures. The staff welcomes you like family, adding to the lovely laid-back atmosphere. While some facilities might not have the luxury feel, the range of activities keeps everyone entertained. A few inconveniences with room issues and occasional kitchen crowding were minor bumps in an otherwise fantastic experience.

We stayed in a beach-front bure that had a traditional Fijian design, featuring an outdoor shower which was quite refreshing. The cottages were positioned perfectly to let in the sea breeze, and the atmosphere felt very comfortable.

Nestled right on the beach, the resort is enveloped by stunning tropical gardens, providing a serene escape from the everyday hustle. Just a short walking distance away, we enjoyed the lovely views and peaceful surroundings.
Dining

The restaurant offered a decent variety. Although the complimentary breakfast was basic, it was nice to have the option to order extras.

The grounds were well-kept with plenty of space for kids to enjoy. The pool area was beautifully maintained, but we preferred swimming in the clear ocean.

We had a great time during our stay here, enjoying the modern restaurant and pool facilities along with easy beach access without the worries of sharp corals. The staff was wonderful, and we appreciated having interconnecting rooms with en-suites, which were really nice. On the downside, the experience could have been better if we had received the credit they promised after our stay, and we found the food costs a bit high, especially after a fishing trip.

Rooms
9.0
The interconnecting rooms were spacious and clean, featuring their own en-suite. It made our family stay very comfortable.
Service
7.0
While the staff was friendly and helpful, the reception could have improved in their handling of the credit issue we faced.
Location
9.0
The location is perfect with direct access to a beautiful beach that doesn't have the troublesome corals in the swimming area.
Dining
6.0
Dining was adequate, but the prices were a bit steep, particularly for the meal prepared from our catch.
Facilities
8.0
Facilities like the pool were modern and well-maintained, adding a nice touch to our experience.
